Why Cee4Bee exists.
In 2015 two professionals kept seeing the same pattern: talented, capable, ambitious people who never reached their potential — not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked exposure.
Our story
2015
London. Two professionals, one recurring pattern, and a practical response to it.
They had the talent. They had never had the exposure.
Exposure to leaders. Exposure to professional environments. Exposure to networks. Exposure to possibilities. Again and again, the thing missing was not ability — it was access to the people and places that make a career feel reachable.
So Dotun Olaleye and Ayo Akande created Cee4Bee. Since then we have connected hundreds of people through events, workshops, conversations and introductions designed to broaden horizons and widen what people believe is available to them.
The pandemic paused our activity. It did not diminish the mission. We return with a clearer purpose than we had before: closing the Exposure Gap.
Mission
To increase social mobility by connecting people to the people, places, possibilities and opportunities that can positively change the direction of their lives.

Rebuild
Governance refresh, trustee recruitment, brand relaunch, and the first flagship events.
- 2027 – 2028
Grow
A youth pathway, a corporate visits programme, a leadership network, and a digital community.
- 2029 – 2030
Scale
Regional hubs, national partners, thought leadership, and a working exposure platform.
