Privacy
Your enquiry, handled with care.
This notice explains the limited information used when you contact Cee4Bee through this website.
Who is responsible
Connect4Better, trading as Cee4Bee, is a registered charity in England and Wales (1174657). For questions about this notice or your information, email info@cee4bee.com.
What the contact form collects
When you submit an enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type, message, and consent acknowledgement. To apply rate limiting, the endpoint creates a deterministic hashed IP-address identifier and uses it as the name of a server-side rate-limit file. It also creates a request identifier and records delivery status for operational troubleshooting.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, understand the kind of connection you are seeking, protect the form from misuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not use the form to make automated decisions or to sell personal information.
How it is handled
Your enquiry is sent to the Cee4Bee contact mailbox using the configured mail service. Visitor email addresses are used as a reply address only; the website sends mail from a verified Cee4Bee mailbox. We do not log contact message bodies. Where server logging is enabled, it records only a request identifier and delivery status.
Please do not put sensitive personal, financial, health, safeguarding, or emergency information in the contact form. For an urgent safeguarding concern or immediate danger, use the appropriate emergency or specialist support service instead.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage our relationship with you, meet legal obligations, or resolve a query. The rate-limit file stores submission timestamps. When the same address submits again, the endpoint removes timestamps older than the configured one-hour limit, but the file and its hashed identifier are not automatically deleted when that window ends. They remain subject to the web-hosting server’s retention and administration controls, which must be reviewed before launch. Access is limited to people or service providers who need it for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect people from serious harm.
Your choices
Subject to applicable data-protection law, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to use of your information, or ask for a copy where that right applies. Contact us at info@cee4bee.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our work develops or the website’s data flow changes. The current version is published on this page.
