Impact
Proven before. Ready again.

What people said
The people behind the numbers.
Reflections from people who walked into a Cee4Bee event not knowing anyone in the room.
Hearing story of how people climb the ladder from nothing to something. This truly inspired me to continue moving and its never to late. Networking allows me to personally connect with people and share story and journey, exchange connect, advice, motivate and direct.

Good job and inspiration behind the birthing of the event. Keep up the standard and I’m sure the event is going places. Best wishes to a greater future.

I was delighted in being on the panel and sharing with such great leaders in their respective fields. I also learnt from those who attended. Well done to the organizers!

Found out about event on LinkedIn but thoroughly enjoyed it. I loved the quality of the speakers and ambience of the venue.

Thank you so much for gathering such amazing people to empower other people in need to grow and succeed in life! Its #Priceless

Cee4Bee is an excellent initiative. Excellent event I attended, the panel session was very insightful and inspirational. The opportunity to network was very good, perfect blend of learning and networking.

The event I attended was excellent. What I loved most was the speakers, the opportunity to meet and speak to other people. It was an inspirational event. I look forward to more in the future.

Excellent and very organised event. The guest speakers were inspiring and share their very different and personal stories. Great networking event, keep up the good work.

It was useful to know that such a support network exists to share ideas and help people within the black community.
Excellent and extremely organised event. I enjoyed the uplifting and insightful speeches made and being able to meet such a collective of down to earth people.
How we measure success
Five outcomes, not one headline number.
Success is measured not only by who attends, but by what opportunities become available to them afterwards.
Increased awareness
Participants understand more of the careers, industries, pathways and opportunities available to them.
Increased confidence
Participants feel more able to navigate professional environments and pursue what they find there.
Expanded networks
Participants build new relationships with professionals, organisations and peers.
Increased access to opportunity
Mentoring, workplace visits, work experience, internships, introductions and development programmes.
Positive progression
Movement into education, training, employment, leadership, entrepreneurship or other positive opportunities.
Going forward
New work deserves new evidence.
Numbers are easy to inflate. We want to distinguish registrations from participation, attendance from sustained engagement, and activity from outcomes people actually feel.
So as the programme grows we will report what we can stand behind, with the period it covers stated, rather than a number that only ever goes up.
